Spay & Neuter Clinics
We organize regular clinics to give Belizeans a more affordable access to spay and neuter services as well as routine veterinary care.
Financial Support
We help individuals by taking over full or partial costs of medical care if the dog in need is a rescue or in foster care. We help with food and shelter, too.

Foster and Adoption
Our volunteers and caring members of the community foster rescued strays, nurse them back to health and find them new homes. Or keep them -- We love Foster Fails!
Education and Outreach
We use our social media platforms. face-to-face contact, and events to help the Cayo community learn more about animal welfare.
How To Support CAWS
There are multiple ways to make Belize a better place for animals. Here are some.
You can help us financially from both within Belize and internationally. 100% of your donation goes to the animals and community. We also need donations of dog and cat food, crates, medication and other animal needs.

Volunteer
If you're in Belize, you can foster dogs and cats, feed strays, drive animals to the vet's office or clinics or assist us at our spay & neuter clinics and events. See a dog or cat in need of help on the street? Contact us and we'll help pay for its treatment and find it a home.
Not in Belize? We need help with fundraising, organizing and project managing initiatives and with social media, too, all of which can be done from wherever you live.
The most sustainable approach to change the situation surrounding animal welfare in Belize, is education. Please talk to your fellow Belizeans and help them learn more about responsible pet ownership. Share our organization's information, too!
